Responsibilities
- Craft Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and beverages according to our strict brewing standards.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Operational Efficiency: Utilize POS systems to process payments and manage orders seamlessly.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Remote Proficiency: Basic computer skills to navigate our digital scheduling and communication tools.
