Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to standard recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders at the counter with a smile.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Stock inventory and assist with food preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Enthusiasm for coffee and the food service industry.
