Responsibilities
- Master espresso machines and brewing equipment through hands-on training
- Create visually stunning coffee beverages including lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following health standards
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Learn and promote seasonal menu items and coffee education
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Strong passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
