Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage excellence
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using premium ingredients
- Manage inventory and ensure premium quality control
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in our upscale setting
- Collaborate with pastry team on perfect pairings
- Maintain pristine café standards and equipment
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- SCAA/SCA certification or equivalent expertise
- Proven ability to train and lead barista teams
- Knowledge of sustainable sourcing practices
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler's Permit
