Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare specialty beverages (espresso, pour-overs, cold brew) using premium beans
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personalized recommendations
- Train and mentor junior baristas on technique and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and quality control
- Develop seasonal drink menus aligned with coffee trends
- Ensure adherence to health/safety protocols and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced espresso skills
- Proven ability to create intricate latte art (swans, rosettes, 3D designs)
- Strong leadership background in high-volume service environments
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
