Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare packages for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload delivery trucks with accuracy and speed to ensure timely distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Verify item counts and scan barcodes to minimize errors and returns.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during off-peak hours.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
