Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we offer training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
