Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely, ensuring freight is handled with care.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Package and label products according to shipping standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level roles.
- Forklift certification is a major plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
