Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing loads.
- Assist in inventory management cycles and cycle counting procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for immediate start).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Willingness to undergo our comprehensive paid safety and operational training.
