Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using RF scanners and handheld devices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse database.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for safety briefings and team coordination.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
