Responsibilities
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing stockrooms.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email during shift hours.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
