Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using proper material handling equipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy and organization.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and 5S standards.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within certification guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating evening shifts (3rd shift) in Memphis, TN.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory purposes.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
