Responsibilities
- Execute daily order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, and labeling with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and stock adjustments to maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks during the peak evening hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts between 6:00 PM and 2:00 AM.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
