Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor throughout the weekend.
- Restock merchandise and ensure inventory levels are sufficient for customer demand.
- Assist in organizing promotional displays and seasonal setups.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to the Columbus, OH location.
