Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor.
