Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all customers, answering inquiries and assisting with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to ensure shelves are full and displays are visually appealing.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and stockroom environment throughout the weekend shift.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and cover busy periods.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures during every shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using basic computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) equipment.
