Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium first impression.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, handling high-value transactions with accuracy.
- Process returns, exchanges, and gift cards with strict adherence to company policy.
- Maintain a pristine sales floor, including organizing displays and ensuring product availability.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle cash and card transactions with 100% accuracy and security.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or luxury customer service preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to handle cash transactions rapidly.
- Familiarity with modern POS systems and retail software is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- A valid ID and authorization to work in the United States.
