Responsibilities
- Restock shelves and display cases with new merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure older products are sold first (FIFO).
- Perform daily cleaning of the sales floor, backroom, and storage areas.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and inspecting incoming inventory for damage.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the management team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Basic math and counting skills for inventory checks.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
