Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide superior customer service by actively engaging with shoppers to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale using our POS systems.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves, folding clothing, and organizing displays.
- Inventory Support: Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and preparing merchandise for shipment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
