Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with strict adherence to company security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area and store environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
- Restock shelves and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
