Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Greet customers upon entry and assist with locating products.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and store appearance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
