Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a welcoming store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize store shelves, restock inventory, and maintain a clean, tidy sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies with product knowledge.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and merchandise processing as required by policy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with store displays and promotional activities to attract shoppers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store actively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation is required.
