Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Restock shelves, racks, and displays to maintain optimal product visibility and inventory levels.
- Organize backstock areas and ensure proper rotation of stock to minimize waste.
- Maintain a high standard of store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing the sales floor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding merchandise handling.
- Assist in the recovery process during peak hours to ensure the sales floor remains orderly.
Qualifications
- Ability to work early morning shifts (typically 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
- Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
