- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.

- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible shifts.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte, NC location.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
