Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise efficiently to ensure timely processing.
- Restock shelves and displays to company standards, ensuring products are easily accessible.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the sales floor and backroom are clean, organized, and adhere to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall store operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness and ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning purposes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
