Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain compelling store displays
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Contribute to inventory management including receiving, stock processing, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in premium retail or fashion sales environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Strong product knowledge in apparel/accessories and current fashion trends
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holiday periods
- Valid California driver's license (required for occasional store errands)
