Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided POS systems to process transactions efficiently
- Utilize provided inventory scanners to manage stock levels accurately
- Assist customers using company-issued communication devices and tools
- Maintain visual merchandising displays with provided fixtures and signage
- Safely handle merchandise using company-provided equipment (e.g., ladders, trolleys)
- Process returns/exchanges using standardized company protocols and tools
- Participate in inventory counts using provided scanning devices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to operate provided technology (tablets, scanners, POS systems)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions with provided calculators
- Customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Lubbock location
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays using provided scheduling tools
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods with provided support equipment
