Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing payments and returns.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and welcoming.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with loss prevention initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
