Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times.
- Support daily operations during peak weekend traffic hours.
- Stock inventory and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-organized.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
