Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and ticket scanning at event entrances
- Provide excellent customer service and venue guidance
- Monitor crowd flow and assist with safety protocols
- Distribute promotional materials and collect attendee feedback
- Collaborate with team leads to execute event timelines
- Set up/break down event booths and signage
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
