Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and teardown of corporate events, concerts, and festivals.
- Greet guests, manage entry points, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor event areas to ensure safety and adherence to venue rules.
- Operate ticket scanners, registration kiosks, and point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the event team to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Distribute promotional materials and manage crowd flow effectively.
- Report any incidents or equipment malfunctions to the event manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to undergo our paid training program.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the event venue.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks.
