Responsibilities
- Greet & Welcome: Act as the first point of contact, welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Event Support: Assist with the setup, operation, and breakdown of event venues and equipment.
- Guest Assistance: Direct attendees to seating, concessions, and restrooms; answer questions regarding event logistics.
- Space Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space throughout the shift.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries or minor issues promptly and escalate major concerns to management.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards of conduct and appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift light equipment (up to 20 lbs) for extended periods.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and adherence to dress code policies.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available for various shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Background: A clean background check is required for security clearance in event venues.
