Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-in procedures and manage attendee flow at weekend events
- Coordinate venue setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement, audiovisual systems, and dΓ©cor
- Provide real-time client communication via radio systems and mobile platforms
- Uphold premium service standards through proactive guest assistance and conflict resolution
- Manage inventory control for event supplies and equipment during shifts
- Document operational observations and post-event feedback for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs unassisted
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished professional demeanor
