Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes at event entrances
- Provide exceptional customer service and directional assistance to attendees
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are maintained
- Assist with vendor coordination and supply distribution
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Collaborate with security teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Conduct post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays/Sundays 8AM-10PM)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must pass basic background check
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- 18+ years of age required
