Responsibilities
- Manage guest flow and ensure seamless event experiences
- Execute venue setup/breakdown according to blueprints
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse attendees
- Operate AV equipment and point-of-sale systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams
- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for check-in systems
- Positive attitude under pressure situations
- Previous hospitality/event experience preferred
- Valid KY driver's license (for transport roles)
