Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and attendees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Set up and dismantle event booths, tables, and signage according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized event space to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Distribute promotional materials and answer general event inquiries.
- Assist event coordinators with logistics, crowd control, and registration processes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in event staffing, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from event venues.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if outdoors.
