Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Welcome: Greet attendees with a warm smile, manage entry points, and provide direction to event areas.
- Event Support: Assist with event setup, tear-down, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience.
- Crowd Management: Monitor event flow, maintain order, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Registration & Check-in: Process tickets, badges, and registration materials efficiently and accurately.
- Brand Representation: Represent our clients professionally while wearing branded attire.
- Usher & Concierge Duties: Guide VIP guests, manage seating arrangements, and respond to attendee inquiries.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
