Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at festivals, conferences, and corporate events
- Manage guest check-ins and venue operations efficiently
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and equipment handling
- Ensure venue safety and compliance with event protocols

Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Reliable transportation to Austin event venues
- Previous customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Must pass background check
