Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and VIP access points at weekend events
- Coordinate vendor setup/breakdown with precision and professionalism
- Assist with crowd control and maintain safe event environments
- Execute promotional activations and brand ambassadorship duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse event attendees
- Collaborate with venue staff and event coordinators seamlessly
- Report operational insights and participant feedback post-event
Qualifications
- Available Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-8pm) with flexible scheduling
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Prior customer service or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Austin venues and event logistics
