Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event spaces including staging, dΓ©cor, and technology equipment
- Manage guest registration, ticket scanning, and attendee inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues throughout shifts
- Assist with emergency protocols and ensure guest safety at all times
- Support post-event activities including data collection and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Previous event hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of event technology setups (AV, registration systems)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work in various outdoor/indoor Phoenix venues
