Responsibilities
- Execute event setup and breakdown procedures at oceanfront venues
- Manage guest registration and seating arrangements
- Coordinate vendor deliveries and timing with team leads
- Assist with client consultations and event-day troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of event supplies and equipment
- Uphold brand standards across all event touchpoints
- Document event details and post-event feedback
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6-10 hour shifts)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor settings
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of event software preferred
- Virginia Beach residency preferred
