Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following Urban Brew Co.'s signature recipes
- Engage warmly with customers, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service
- Maintain a pristine, organized workspace and uphold strict hygiene standards
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy weekend rushes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture that celebrates diversity
- Participate in regular training sessions to refine coffee craft and service skills
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
- No prior barista experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Must be 18+ years old to handle coffee equipment
