Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Handle multi-line phone systems and manage reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with guest requests and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare daily reports and maintain lobby presentation standards
- Support event coordination for evening activities and weddings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or hospitality experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
