Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the café space
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Participate in training to expand coffee knowledge and skills
Qualifications
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Strong passion for coffee and specialty beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
