Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and venue guidance
- Manage crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Execute event setup/breakdown procedures efficiently
- Operate ticket scanning and registration systems
- Assist with emergency response procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Previous event/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
- Strong communication skills and composure
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in all weather conditions
