Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at event entrances, registration desks, and activity stations
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety complianceSet up and break down event infrastructure including staging, signage, and equipment
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special request fulfillment
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise/ticketing
- Collaborate with venue management and security teams
- Report operational issues and maintain real-time communication via digital platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor/indoor environments
- Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
