Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare espresso drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages while maintaining consistent quality standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service with genuine warmth and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain pristine cleanliness across all station areas, equipment, and customer spaces
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Participate in training sessions to master new brewing techniques and seasonal offerings
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of professional barista or café experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean origins, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
