Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Organize inventory and assist with inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego location.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
