Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and processing transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-maintained.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with merchandise receiving and returns.
- Adhere to all safety and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
