Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with inquiries and product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and manage returns efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining store visual merchandising standards to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to execute daily operations and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Handle cash transactions and manage the register drawer with integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
